Inside, a bold living area in grey, black and orange sets a graphic, contemporary tone — anchored by a generous Innovation sofa, an iconic Patricia Urquiola accent chair, and an original painting by a local artist. The retro-styled Severin kitchen pairs a premium Siemens induction range with a De'Longhi Magnifica espresso machine and our own handcrafted wooden cutting board, before you retreat to the Floral Room or the Mountain Room for the night.

This ground-floor, 55 m² apartment sleeps up to 4 guests across two bedrooms — the Floral Room and the Mountain Room — and combines custom-crafted, "new retro" furniture with premium brands including B&B Italia, Normann Copenhagen and Siemens. Guests enjoy a private garden and terrace, plus full access to the estate's landscaped four-season garden, saltwater swimming pool, and communal outdoor kitchen with Ofyr BBQ — all within a short drive of Sarnano and under an hour from the Adriatic coast and the Sibillini Mountains.
