User guide for the apartments
Practical tips to help you feel right at home — from Wi-Fi to check-out, everything you need in one place.
Respect
Treat the apartment as your own home — with respect for us, the environment and future guests. All appliances are electric; please use them consciously. Broken something? Just let us know.
Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi covers the entire property, pool area included. Network: CF – Guests — no password required.
Garbage
Yellow bags for residual waste, blue for plastic & aluminium, white for organic. Please always use the provided bags and leave no garbage behind at check-out.
Toilet paper
We supply biodegradable toilet paper for our septic system, free of charge. Running low? Just ask — and please don’t flush anything else.
Towels & bedding
Towels, beach towels and bed linen are included. For longer stays we refresh everything weekly. Bath towels may not be taken to the pool or beach.
Washing machine & dryer
Free shared washer and dryer, detergent included, in the outdoor kitchen. Please use them mindfully — laundry dries fast outdoors here.
EV charging
Two charging stations are available for a small fee, based on our own cost price plus a one-off €5 service fee. Please don’t block access for others.
Sonos music
Every apartment has its own Sonos system — open the app, select your room, and stream Spotify or your favourite music.
TV & streaming
Apple TV with international apps and Netflix in every apartment. We’re happy to show you around on arrival.
Heating & cooling
At 550m altitude, nights cool down naturally. Every apartment has a Dyson fan and smart infrared heating — gentle on you and the environment.
Sockets
Sockets for the infrared heating panels are dedicated to those panels only — they won’t charge your phone or laptop.
Charging points
You’ll find charging sockets in the fitness area, seating area, outdoor kitchen and by the pool.
Outdoor dining & bar
When using the shared table or bar in the outdoor kitchen, please use the placemats and coasters provided.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 16:00, check-out until 10:30. Need something different? Just ask — we’ll do our best to make it work.
