Tucked into the hills of Gualdo, apartment Amsterdam is a 56 m² ground-floor design apartment where the Sibillini Mountains feel close enough to touch. Step through your own garden gate onto a private lounge terrace, shaded by a wide motorized sunscreen. It is the perfect spot to have a peaceful coffee or breakfast in the morning or fire up your private Monolith kamado BBQ in the evening and cook with fresh local ingredients, letting an evening in Le Marche unfold at its own pace. Inside, the two-bedroom layout balances raw comfort with a distinct "new retro" aesthetic, featuring our own custom-crafted furniture alongside contemporary design classics.

Livable design, indoors

Inside, a living area in grey, black, and orange sets a graphic, contemporary tone, anchored by a generous Innovation sofa, a Patricia Urquiola accent chair, an iconic Kartell floor lamp, a Normann Copenhagen dining table and chairs and an original painting by a local artist. The custom kitchen, which we designed and handcrafted ourselves, is equipped with a large retro Severin refrigerator, a premium Siemens induction stove, a De'Longhi Magnifica espresso machine, and our own wooden cutting board. The apartment features two separate bedrooms, the Floral Room and the Mountain Room, with themes driven by custom wall art and premium Dorelan boxspring mattresses.

Enjoy the views

Beyond your door, you step directly onto the large shared panoramic terrace, where the expansive view reaches all the way to the Sibillini Mountains and Gran Sasso. On this level, you will find the communal outdoor kitchen, complete with its Ofyr BBQ and Städler pizza oven. To explore further, you can choose to take the winding paths or the stone staircase down through the landscaped four-season garden to enjoy the Norwell outdoor fitness circuit, the panoramic saltwater swimming pool, and the various quiet seating areas tucked away in nature. Supported by estate-wide amenities like free Wi-Fi, ample parking, and EV charging, Apartment Amsterdam serves as a comfortable, design-led base to experience the nature and slower pace of Le Marche.

This ground-floor, 55 m² apartment sleeps up to 4 guests across two bedrooms — the Floral Room and the Mountain Room — and combines custom-crafted, "new retro" furniture with premium brands including B&B Italia, Normann Copenhagen and Siemens. Guests enjoy a private garden and terrace, plus full access to the estate's landscaped four-season garden, saltwater swimming pool, and communal outdoor kitchen with Ofyr BBQ — all within a short drive of Sarnano and under an hour from the Adriatic coast and the Sibillini Mountains.
