Set on the first floor of Colpo di Fortuna, apartment Gualdo is a 56 m² two-bedroom design apartment styled in warm red and taupe tones. Step onto your own private panoramic terrace, furnished with premium Fermob design outdoor pieces and a private Monolith kamado BBQ. It is the perfect, quiet space to have your morning coffee, enjoy an end-of-day aperitivo, or fire up the BBQ to cook with fresh local ingredients while taking in breathtaking views of the Sibillini Mountains. To keep the afternoon sun out, the bedroom windows are equipped with vertical motorized sunscreens.

An open design kitchen and handmade bar-dining table

The living area features a luxury B&B Italia sofa and original artwork by local artists. This space flows into an open custom kitchen and handmade bar-dining table with Normann Copenhagen stools. The kitchen is equipped with a fullinduction hob, an electric oven, a dishwasher, an Elica extractor hood, and matching small SMEG appliances—including a SMEG Lavazza A Modo Mio espresso machine. The true eye-catcher is the large, matte taupe SMEG refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Both bedrooms feature premium Dorelan boxspring mattresses alongside custom wardrobes: one room is styled in earthy yellow, brown, and taupe tones, while the other features a deep palette of vivid red, charcoal, black, and silver accents. The identically styled bathroom includes premium GSI beige sanitary ware, FIR Italia faucets in Silky Rose, iconic Vipp designer lighting, and a custom bathroom vanity.

Your private terrace looks overlooks the large shared panoramic terrace, the cascading garden, the saltwater pool, and the Sibillini Mountains. A staircase leads down to the terrace level, where you will find the communal outdoor kitchen complete with its Ofyr BBQ and Städler pizza oven. To explore further, you can choose to take the winding paths or the stone staircase down through the landscaped four-season garden to enjoy the Norwell outdoor fitness circuit, the panoramic saltwater swimming pool, and the various quiet seating areas tucked away in nature. Supported by estate-wide amenities like free Wi-Fi, ample parking, and EV charging, apartment Gualdo serves as a comfortable, design-led base to experience the nature and slower pace of Le Marche.
