An intimate first-floor retreat

Set on the first floor of Colpo di Fortuna, apartment O'Viv is an intimate 35 m² one-bedroom design apartment for two, styled in sage green, light natural wood, and pale purple. Step onto your own private panoramic terrace, shaded by a seasonal shadow cloth and furnished with premium Fermob design outdoor pieces and a private Monolith kamado BBQ. It is the perfect, quiet space to have your morning coffee, enjoy an end-of-day aperitivo, or fire up the BBQ to cook with fresh local ingredients while taking in breathtaking views of the Sibillini Mountains.

Botanical tones, thoughtful details

Inside, the space blends natural tones with high-end comfort. A full induction hub, an oven and dishwasher and a broad collection of SMEG appliances, including the SMEG Lavazza A Modo Mio espresso machine, a matching milk frother, kettle, citrus juicer, and immersion blender, pairs with a luxury B&B Italia sofa and Normann Copenhagen dining chairs. This curated layout blends seamlessly with the custom kitchen, dining table, wardrobe, and bathroom vanity that we designed and made ourselves. The room also features an original painting from a local Italian artist and a premium Dorelan boxspring mattress for a restful evening, while the bedroom window is equipped with a vertical motorized sunscreen to keep the afternoon sun out. This quality extends to the bathroom, featuring premium GSI Italian beige sanitary ware, FIR Italia faucets in Silky Rose, and iconic Vipp designer lighting, Vandyck towels and a designer electric radiator.

Enjoy the views

Your private terrace looks out over the large shared panoramic terrace, the cascading garden, the saltwater pool, and the Sibillini Mountains. A staircase leads down to the terrace level, where you will find the communal outdoor kitchen complete with its Ofyr BBQ and Städler pizza oven. To explore further, you can choose to take the winding paths or the stone staircase down through the landscaped four-season garden to enjoy the Norwell outdoor fitness circuit, the panoramic saltwater swimming pool, and the various quiet seating areas tucked away in nature. Supported by estate-wide amenities like free Wi-Fi, ample parking, and EV charging, apartment O'Viv serves as a comfortable, design-led base to experience the nature and slower pace of Le Marche.
